I support a small number of long-term clients on a retainer or hourly basis, and also take on select project-based work. If you're looking for reliable, detail-oriented help from someone who understands both academic and online business worlds, you're in the right place.

Here’s what the process looks like if you’re interested in support.
Interest Form & Discovery Call
First, you’ll fill out a short interest form to share a bit about what you’re looking for. I’ll review your information and reach out to you via email with next steps. Next steps might include scheduling a 30-minute discovery call, adding you to a waitlist for future availability, or offering a referral or resource if I’m not the right fit.
2. Five Hour Trial (for Retainer or Hourly Work)
If we decide to work together, I’ll set up a one-time 5-hour trial so you can experience what it’s like to have me in your business. I’ll tackle a few tasks, communicate along the way, and share a brief wrap-up with notes, next steps, or suggestions if relevant.
This gives us both a chance to work together before committing to something longer-term.
Five hour trial period is $200.
3. Ongoing Support (for Retainer or Hourly Work)
After the trial, together we’ll decide if it makes sense to continue. I offer a limited number of retainer spots (monthly flat-rate packages) as well as hourly support, depending on your needs and timeline.
Clients often bring me on for things like inbox management, workflow setup, course updates and maintenance, tech troubleshooting and maintenance, or general admin. However, I’m always happy to tailor support to what would be most helpful for your business.
Retainer spots start at $200/month and hourly support is $45/hour.
For Project-Based Clients
If you’re looking for help with a specific project (like revamping a course, setting up automations, or building out a system in Notion), the process looks a little different. You’ll fill out an interest form, we’ll meet on a discovery call, and I’ll put together a custom proposal or flat-rate VIP day.
No trial needed—we’ll dive straight in.
Project-based work varies by project with a $200 minimum.
