I primarily work with academic* entrepreneurs on clearly defined, project-based engagements. These are focused collaborations designed to bring clarity, structure, and ease to specific parts of your business, without the commitment of ongoing support.
For some clients, project work later evolves into a longer-term relationship. For others, a single project is exactly what they need. Both are welcome here.
I work with a small number of clients at a time so I can be thoughtful, responsive, and fully invested in the work.

Project-Based Support
Project-based work is a good fit if you have something specific you want to build, clean up, organize, or rethink, and you want it handled thoughtfully and efficiently.
Projects might include things like:
Setting up or refining course or workshop operations
Cleaning up and simplifying systems that have become overgrown
Designing or reorganizing Notion or Asana workspaces
Creating SOPs and documentation for recurring processes
Organizing client or program data so it’s usable and meaningful
How the project-based process works:
You’ll fill out a short interest form to share a bit about what you’re looking for.
I’ll review your information and reach out to you via email with next steps. Next steps might include scheduling a 30-minute discovery call, adding you to a waitlist for future availability, or offering a referral or resource if I’m not the right fit.
If we’re a good fit, I’ll put together a clear proposal outlining the work, timeline, and investment.
Once the proposal is signed, we’ll get to work!
Project timelines and pricing vary based on scope. Most projects are completed over a defined timeframe and priced as a flat rate.
Ongoing Support
I also maintain a small number of long-term client relationships for ongoing operational or virtual assistant support.
This work tends to be a good fit when:
we’ve already worked together on a project
the work requires consistent, embedded support over time
Ongoing support may include things like:
maintaining systems and workflows
course or program upkeep
inbox and admin support
light tech troubleshooting
Availability for ongoing support is limited and assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Investment
Project-based work is priced as a flat rate based on scope, complexity, and timeline.
Most projects fall in the range of $1,500–$3,500.
Larger or more complex projects (such as multi-program setups or data-heavy projects) may be higher and are scoped individually.
Ongoing support, when available, is typically structured as a monthly retainer. Retainers typically begin at a few hundred dollars per month, depending on scope and availability.
